Research on tail gas treatment technology for rectisol process in large-scale coal chemical industry
In view of the difference in tail gas compositions of rectisol unit for different gasification technologies,the analysis was made on how to choose the appropriate tail gas treatment technology.The treatment technologies of CH3OH,total sulfur,CO,CO2,H2 and other pollutants in the tail gas of the rectisol unit for coal water slurry gasification technology and dry pulverized coal gasification technology were compared and studied,and their advantages and disadvantages as well as future development prospects were analyzed.
