摘要

以西安市某污水处理厂风量 24 000 m3/h除臭设计工程为例,对比了目前常用的除臭方法,重点介绍了设计案例所采用的生物滤池法的原理与工艺流程.分析了设计案例中的臭气风量设计计算、收集风管设计、设备填料选用及密封系统加罩材料的选择.除臭工程运行表明:经生物滤池除臭处理后,尾气排放满足GB 18918-2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》厂界二级排放标准.

Abstract

Using the deodorization design project of a sewage treatment plant in Xi'an with an air volume of 24 000 m3/h as a case study,a comparative analysis of commonly used deodorization methods was presented while emphasizing on detailing principles and process flows specific to its adoption of biological filter method.It included analyses on odor air volume calculation,collection pipe design,equipment packing selection and choice of sealing system cover material within this particular design context.The operation of the deodorization project demonstrated that after biological filter deodorization treatment,the tail gas emission complied with Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002)secondary discharge standards at plant boundaries.
