摘要

长流程钢铁企业中,焦化生产既是能源消耗大户,也是节能减排主体.分析了焦化企业的工序能耗组成,介绍了山钢莱芜分公司焦化厂在控制洗精煤消耗、煤气燃耗、蒸汽消耗、电耗等方面的管理措施,详述了山钢莱芜分公司在备煤工序、炼焦工序、回收工序的技术降耗措施及实施情况.通过管理创新和技术改造,山钢莱芜分公司的焦化工序能耗优于行业标杆值,为企业可持续、绿色低碳发展奠定了坚实基础.

Abstract

In long-process steel enterprises,coking production is not only a major energy consumer,but also the main part of energy conservation and emission reduction.The composition of process energy consumption in coking enterprises was analyzed,and the introduction was made on the management measures of Coking Plant of Laiwu Branch of Shandong Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.in controlling the consumption of clean coal,gas combustion,steam consumption,electricity consumption,etc.,and its technical measures and implementation of reducing consumption in the coal preparation process,coking process,and recycling process were elaborated.Through management innovation and technical renovation,the coking process energy consumption of the Coking Plant of Laiwu Branch of Shandong Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.was better than the industry benchmark value,laying a solid foundation for the sustainable,green and low-carbon development of the enterprise.
