摘要

介绍了迁安中化脱硫硫铵工序VOCs治理工艺流程,针对运行过程中出现的水洗塔运行阻力高、酸洗塔腐蚀、洗涤塔废液排放等问题,采取了改水洗塔补水为工业水、优化酸洗塔置换液量及pH值控制、改造酸洗塔加酸管道、改变洗涤塔废液排放处等措施,实现了对焦炉加热系统的保护.

Abstract

The VOCs treatment process of desulfurization ammonium sulfate process in Qian'an Zhonghua Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.was introduced.In response to the problems of high operating resistance of the water scrubber,corrosion of the pickling tower,and discharge of washing tower waste liquid during the operation,measures had been taken to change the makeup water of the water scrubber into industrial water,optimize the replacement liquid volume and pH control of the pickling tower,modify the acid adding pipeline of the pickling tower,and change the discharge location of the washing tower waste liquid.The optimization and transformation had achieved protection of the coke oven heating system.
