基于不同分离因数的煤焦油渣离心干化研究

介绍了煤焦油渣机械分离干化原理、煤焦油渣分离效率的指标与测试方法及影响分离干化的主要因素,利用离心机对煤焦油渣进行固液两相分离,从而实现煤焦油渣的无害化处理.由实验室实验可知:离心机分离因数越高、分离时物料温度越高,煤焦油渣的分离效率越好.在工厂实际应用时,煤焦油渣的分离效率不仅与分离因数有关,还与离心机的选型有关,若采用锥蓝式离心机,还需根据物料摩擦系数选择合适的分离因数和转鼓锥角.
Research on centrifugal drying of coal tar residue based on different separation factors
The principle of mechanical separation and drying of coal tar residue,the index and test method of separation efficiency of coal tar residue and the main factors affecting separation and drying were introduced.The solid-liquid two-phase separation of coal tar residue was carried out with the centrifuge,so as to realize the harmless treatment of coal tar residue.According to the laboratory experiment,the higher the centrifuge separation factor and the higher the material temperature during the separation,the better the separation efficiency of coal tar residue.In the practical application in the factory,the separation efficiency of coal tar residue was not only related to the separation factor,but also related to the centrifuge selection.If the conical-basket centrifuge was used,it was also necessary to choose the appropriate separation factor and drum cone angle according to the friction coefficient of the material.
