针对甲醇制烯烃装置水洗水泵试车过程中振动超标的问题进行了分析,通过消除泵基座灌浆缺陷、复测泵联轴器对中、检查管道支撑及连接应力、调整改造过滤器等一系列措施,逐步排查分析泵振动的影响因素.根据泵入口过滤器的安装情况及结构参数,定量计算有效过滤面积,结合测试数据分析,发现过滤器有效过滤面积不足是影响泵吸入流量、导致泵振动超标的重要因素.通过对过滤器滤筒进行改造,降低流体阻力、偏流、涡流的影响,提高流体通量,大大改善了泵的振动状态.
Cause analysis and treatment of high vibration value of washing water pump in methanol to olefin plant
Aiming at the problem of excessive vibration of washing water pump in methanol to olefin plant(MTO)during the test run,the factors affecting pump vibration were analyzed step by step through a series of measures such as eliminating the grouting defect of pump base,retesting the alignment of pump coupling,checking the support and connection stress of pipeline,adjusting and modifying the filter.Based on the installation and structural parameters of the pump inlet filter,the effective filter area was calculated quantitatively.Combined with the analysis of test data,it was found that the insufficient effective filtering area of the filter was an important factor affecting the suction flow of the pump and leading to the increase of pump vibration.Through the transformation of the filter cartridge,the influence of fluid resistance,drift and eddy current was reduced,the fluid flux was increased,and the vibration state of the pump was greatly improved.
