研究煤基费托合成装置中含蜡滤渣的综合利用,在资源利用、经济效益及环保等方面均具有重要意义.以国能宁煤费托加氢精制一线油为萃取剂,采用萃取-离心分离技术,进行了高效回收煤基费托合成含蜡滤渣中重质蜡的研究.通过控制单一变量法,系统考察了渣剂比、萃取温度、离心机转速、离心温度和离心时间对蜡回收率和油损耗率的影响.实验结果表明:在渣剂比 1∶5、萃取温度 80℃、离心机转速 3 500 r/min、离心温度 80℃、离心时间 5 min的条件下,蜡回收率稳定在 91%~94%之间,油损耗率稳定在 15%~18%之间,具有良好的萃取分离效果和技术经济可行性.
Research on extraction and separation of heavy wax in coal-based Fischer-Tropsch waxy residue
The research on the comprehensive utilization of coal-based Fischer-Tropsch waxy residue was of great significance in terms of resource utilization,economic benefits and environmental protection.With Fischer-Tropsch hydrogenation refined first-line oil of CHN Energy Ningxia Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.as the extraction agent,the extraction-centrifugal separation technology was adopted,and research on effective recovery of heavy wax in the coal-based Fischer-Tropsch waxy residue was conducted.By controlling the single variable,the effects of residue-agent ratio,extraction temperature,centrifuge speed,centrifugal temperature and centrifugal time on the wax recovery rate and oil loss rate were systematically investigated.The experimental results showed that the wax recovery rate and the oil loss rate remained constantly between 91%-94%and 15%-18%respectively under the conditions of residue-agent ratio 1∶5,extraction temperature 80℃,centrifuge speed 3 500 r/min,centrifugal temperature 80℃and centrifugal time 5 minutes,showing excellent extraction separation effect and techno-economic feasibility.
