亚临界水氧化技术处理脱硫废液试验研究

针对传统水处理技术对脱硫废液处理效果有限的问题,以某钢铁焦化厂煤气脱硫废液为研究对象,选用新型高级氧化技术——亚临界水氧化技术,考察不同温度、压力、污染物浓度的情况下亚临界水氧化技术对脱硫废液的处理效果,同时试验探究 5 种不同金属材质在亚临界环境下的腐蚀情况.结果表明:当亚临界水环境反应温度达到 260℃、反应压力维持在 6.0 MPa、反应时间为 1h、气液比为 100∶1 的条件下,脱硫废液及其浓缩液COD降解效率均能达到 80%以上,SCN-、挥发氰、总氰等毒性物质去除效率可达到 99%;在亚临界水环境中,换热器与反应器材质选用TA10 钛合金材质抗腐蚀性能相对最优.
Experimental study on treatment of desulfurization waste liquid with subcritical water oxidation technology
In view of the limited effect of traditional water treatment technology on desulfurization wastewater treatment,taking the gas desulfurization wastewater of a steel coking plant as the research object,a new advanced oxidation technology-subcritical water oxidation was selected,and its effect on desulfurization wastewater treatment at different temperatures,pressures,pollutant concentrations was investigated.At the same time,experiments were made to explore the corrosion of five different materials under the subcritical environment.The results showed that:when the subcritical water environment reaction temperature reached 260℃,the reaction pressure was maintained at 6.0 MPa,the reaction time was 1 h,and the gas-liquid ratio was 100∶1,the COD degradation efficiency of desulfurization wastewater and its concentrate could reach more than 80%,and the removal efficiency of SCN-,volatile cyanide,total cyanide and other toxic substances could reach 99%;in the subcritical water environment,the heat exchanger and reactor made of TA10 titanium alloy had relatively optimal corrosion resistance.
