摘要

简述了灰水分散剂的分类及应用现状.针对某煤气化装置设备内件、管线结垢严重,影响气化装置长周期安全高效稳定运行的情况,自主开发了阻垢分散剂,介绍了其检测指标和方法,包括固含量、pH值、密度、阻垢率、磷含量、高温阻垢率、分散性及絮凝剂残留对分散性能的影响等.通过模拟系统运行工况检测高温处理后的阻垢率等关键指标,能够有效选择与灰水系统适配的灰水分散剂,缓解系统结垢,提高气化装置的运行稳定性.

Abstract

The classification and application of ash water dispersant were introduced.In view of the serious scaling of equipment internal components and pipelines in one coal gasification plant,which seriously affected the safe,efficient and stable operation of the gasification plant over a long period of time,the scale inhibitor and dispersant was independently developed,and its detection indexes and methods were introduced,including solid content,pH,density,scale inhibition rate,phosphorus content,high-temperature scale inhibition rate,dispersion and the effect of flocculant residue on the dispersion.By simulating the operating conditions of the system and detecting the scale inhibition rate and other key indicators after the high-temperature treatment,the ash water dispersant suitable for the ash water system could be effectively selected to alleviate the scale formation of the system and improve the operating stability of the gasification plant.
