Analysis and discussion on comprehensive utilization scheme of waste residue in coal chemical enterprise
In view of the urgent need for the rational utilization and disposal of gasification waste residue in the coal to olefin project of CHN Energy Baotou Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.,the comprehensive utilization scheme of waste residue was analyzed and discussed.The gasification slag,boiler slag,lime mud and gypsum produced in the process of coal to olefin were taken as the research objects,and the characteristics,oxide composition,element composition,morphology and structure of the waste residue were analyzed.Through relevant tests,with gasification slag and boiler slag as the main materials and lime mud,gypsum and fly ash as the auxiliary materials,the economy and environmental protection of the preparation of environmentally friendly baking-free brick,porous lightweight ball and rubber&plastic filler were discussed.And the scheme of extracting refined coal from gasification fine slag and the reuse plan of gasification coarse slag were put forward.
