变换单元高温冷凝液系统运行问题的分析与解决

针对中海石油华鹤煤化有限公司合成氨装置变换单元出现的高温冷凝液闪蒸槽压力低、高温冷凝液泵高频率运行、闪蒸气不能完全并入冷凝液汽提塔等问题,进行了原因分析,并结合运行情况,通过工艺操作调整和采取引高压氮气给闪蒸槽提压、优化冷凝液和闪蒸气管线伴热、直接向闪蒸气管线喷入低压蒸汽等技术改造措施,解决了高温冷凝液系统出现的问题.改造后,既节能降耗,又缩减了运行成本,降低装置运行风险.
Analysis and solution of operation problems of high-temperature condensate system in shift conversion unit
Cause analysis was made on the problems in the shift conversion unit of the synthetic ammonia plant of CNOOC Huahe Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.,such as low pressure of high-temperature condensate flash tank,high-frequency operation of high-temperature condensate pump,and boil off gas unable to be completely incorporated into the condensate stripping tower.Combined with the operation situation,through process operation adjustment and technical renovation measures such as introducing high-pressure nitrogen to increase the pressure of the flash tank,optimizing the heat tracing of condensate and boil off gas pipelines,and directly injecting low-pressure steam into the boil off gas pipeline,the problems in the high-temperature condensate system were solved.After the renovation,it not only saved energy and reduced consumption,but also reduced operating costs and operation risk of the unit.
