Analysis and optimization of start-up of rectisol unit in a 400000 t/a synthetic ammonia plant
The technical principle and process flow of r ectisol unit in Yidu Xingfa Chemical Company Limited were introduced.The influence of lean methanol circulation volume,liquid ammonia flow,gas ammonia pressure,absorption pressure,methanol regeneration,semi-lean methanol circulation volume and other factors on the start-up time of rectisol unit was analyzed,and corresponding optimization measures were taken for different factors.While optimizing the operation control indicators,the start-up time of rectisol process was effectively shortened,and it was beneficial to the improvement of enterprise efficiency.
