高效叶片式分离器在合成气洗涤塔的应用探索

某煤制油项目干煤粉气化炉运行后期出现洗涤塔易带水问题,无法满足高负荷运行需求.针对该问题进行了原因分析,并引入一种高效叶片式分离器,介绍了其结构、工作原理及性能指标、处理能力,通过CFD流体动力学模型和相关计算软件精确评估了其工作状况及可允许的最大气、液相处理能力,并对合成气洗涤塔进行了高效叶片式分离器改造试用.结果表明:改造试用实现了干煤粉气化炉长周期 105%以上负荷运行.
Application of high efficiency vane separator in syngas scrubber
In the later stage of operation of a dry pulverized coal gasifier,there was problem of the scrubber easily carrying water,which could not meet the high load operation requirements.A cause analysis was conducted for the problem,and a high efficiency vane separator was introduced.Its structure,working principle,performance indicators and processing capacity were described.The working condition and maximum allowable gas-liquid phase processing capacity were accurately evaluated through CFD fluid dynamics model and related calculation software.A trial modification was made on syngas scrubber with high-efficiency vane separator.The results showed that it had good trial effect,achieving a long-term operation of the dry pulverized coal gasifier with a load of over 105%.
