Energy saving optimization strategy of CO2 compressor control system
In response to the long-term problem of the anti-surge valve unable to be fully closed during the operation of 7 centrifugal compressor units in Henan Xinlianxin Chemical Industry Group Co.,Ltd.,which led to steam doing useless work through reflux or venting,the CO2 centrifugal compressor unit in Jiangxi Base of Henan Xinlianxin Chemical Industry Group Co.,Ltd.was selected for the optimization.The optimization ideas,principles and process of anti-surge control system were introduced.After the renovation,if conditions allowed,the anti-surge valve could be closed to the minimum control opening under the action of the anti-surge control system,i.e.operation along the line from the operating point to the anti-surge adjustment line position.The steam usage was decreased by 2 t/h under rated condition compared to the original equivalent condition,resulting in an annual cost saving of approximately 3.2 million yuan.
