Development and performance evaluation of fireproof and flame-retardant material in mining area
In order to reduce the probability of spontaneous combustion of coal during the coal mining process,a modified polyurethane blocking material suitable for fire protection and flame retardancy in coal mines was developed with modified nano material GCX-2,polyether polyol PTMG,dimethyl methyl phosphonate DMMP,dimethylol propionic acid DMPA,triethylenediamine TEDA,toluene diisocyanate TDI and diphenylmethane diisocyanate MDI as main raw materials. And the influence of modified nanomaterial GCX-2 on the properties of flame-retardant material was investigated. The results showed that the developed flame-retardant material had a good consolidation performance, water expansion performance and compressive strength, which could meet basic needs of underground construction in coal mines. In addition, the developed flame-retardant material also had a good anti-aging performance,anti-ESD performance and flame-retardant performance. When the mass fraction of GCX-2 was 6%,the flame burning time and flameless burning time of the flame-retardant material could be reduced to 1.5 s and 3.9 s respectively, significantly lower than the flame-retardant performance standard value required in the industry standard AQ 1090-2011,and the flame-retardant effect was good.
