污水处理装置排放超标控制措施研究

针对目标污水处理装置采用加药絮凝的方式对污水进行处理,出现了出口系统水质污染物排放超标的现象,在分析进水系统和出水系统水样水质指标的基础上,考察了不同类型絮凝剂对污水处理效果的影响,优选出性能较好的复合絮凝剂FX-1,并考察了污水处理装置的长时间运行效果.结果表明:FX-1 的使用能够有效降低目标污水处理装置出口端水样中的各项污染物浓度,且出水系统水样各项污染物浓度在 12 个月内均能得到有效控制,COD、悬浮物、氨氮、总氮、总磷和石油类含量均能达到GB 18918-2002 中"一级A标准"要求,实现了目标污水处理装置高效稳定运行.
Research on control measures for excessive discharge of wastewater treatment unit
The target wastewater treatment unit adopted the method of dosing flocculation to treat wastewater,and recently there had been excessive discharge of water pollutants in the outlet system of the wastewater treatment unit.In order to improve the operational efficiency of the wastewater treatment unit,based on the analysis of the water quality indicators of the inlet and outlet systems,the influence of different types of flocculants on the wastewater treatment effect was investigated,and the composite flocculant FX-1 with better performance was selected.The long-term operational effect of the wastewater treatment unit was also examined.The results showed that the use of composite flocculant FX-1 could effectively reduce the concentrations of various pollutants in the water sample at the outlet of the target wastewater treatment unit,and the concentrations of various pollutants in the effluent system water samples could be effectively controlled within 12 months.Also,the contents of COD,suspended solids,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen,total phosphorus and petroleum substances could meet the"Level A standard"requirements as specified in GB 18918-2002,thus achieving the efficient and stable operation of the target wastewater treatment unit.
