摘要

复杂系统协调度测度是复杂系统分析的重要工具.本文创新性地将直觉模糊集(IFS)与TODIM方法相结合,构建了基于IFS-TODIM方法的复杂系统协调度测度模型.该模型利用直觉模糊集表达评价指标中的模糊信息,同时通过TODIM方法集成系统的动态发展优势度,解决了传统距离型协调度测度模型中信息表达空间有限及无法适应系统动态变化的问题.最后,本研究以上海智慧城市多中心治理复杂系统为实证案例,测度了智慧城市多中心治理复杂系统中各子系统协调度以及综合协调度,证明了本模型的可行性和有效性.

Abstract

Complex system coordination measure is an important tool for complex system analysis.This study innova-tively combines intuitionistic fuzzy sets(IFS)with TODIM method and constructs a complex system coordination degree measurement model based on IFS-TODIM method.The model uses the intuitionistic fuzzy set to express the fuzzy information in the evaluation indexes,and at the same time integrates the dynamic development advantage of the system by the TODIM method,which solves the problems of limited information expression space and inability to adapt to the dynamic changes of the system in the traditional distance-based coordination degree measurement model.Finally,this study measures the coordination degree of each subsystem and comprehensive coordination,in the smart city polycentric governance complex system in Shanghai as an empirical case,and proves the feasibility and effectiveness of this model.
