基于离散度和关联度的专家权重确定方法及应用

本文针对决策专家权重未知的多属性群决策问题,给出了一种基于决策专家评价离散度和共识关联度的专家权重确定方法,并根据专家权重概率语言决策矩阵给出了多属性群决策问题备选方案的优先级排序.首先,基于概率语言术语集基本运算给出概率语言信息熵,进一步基于概率语言术语集得分函数定义了概率语言术语信息期望;然后,充分考虑决策专家评估信息离散度,应用灰色关联分析计算决策专家共识关联度,给出一种基于评价离散度和共识关联度的专家权重确定方法;最后,运用逼近理想解排序法对专家权重概率语言决策矩阵进行计算,根据备选方案综合评价指数排序结果给出备选方案优先级排序,通过一个算例验证了方法的可行性和有效性.
ExpertWeight Determination Method Based on Dispersion and Correlation Degree and Its Application
In this paper,an expert weight determination method based on decision expert evaluation dispersion and consensus correlation is given for the multi-attribute group decision problem with unknown decision expert weights,and the prioritization of alternatives for the multi-attribute group decision problem is given based on the probabilistic linguistic decision matrix of expert weights.First,the probabilistic linguistic information entropy is given based on the basic operation of the probabilistic linguistic term set,and further the probabilistic linguistic term information expecta-tion is defined based on the probabilistic linguistic term set score function;then,the dispersion of decision experts'evaluation information is fuly considered,and the gray correlation analysis is applied to calculate the decision experts'consensus association degree,and an expert weight determination method based on the evaluation dispersion and consensus association degree is given;finally,the approximation Finally,an approximation solution ranking meth-od is applied to calculate the probabilistic linguistic decision matrix of the expert weights,and the priority ranking of the alternatives is given according to the results of the comprehensive evaluation index ranking of the alternatives,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by an arithmetic example.
