基于云模型和云相似度的众包物流服务质量评价研究

众包物流服务质量评价本质上是一个考虑定性和定量不确定性及其转化的多准则决策过程.考虑到众包物流服务质量评价过程中的随机性和模糊性,提出了基于云模型和云相似度的评价方法.云模型源于信息科学,基于概率统计和模糊集理论,可以实现定性概念和定量数据之间的转换.提出正态云模型的形状相似度和距离相似度,建立云模型综合相似度评价框架并结合云模型的数字特征给出计算方法.以西安市众包物流服务质量为研究背景,得到影响服务质量水平的关键因素并给出针对性的对策建议,同时对基于云模型和云相似度的评价方法进行了验证.
Research on crowdsourcing logistics service quality assessment based on cloud model and cloud similarity
The service quality evaluation of crowdsourcing logistics is essentially a multi criteria decision-making process considering qualitative and quantitative uncertainties and their transformation.Considering the randomness and fuzziness in the service quality evaluation process of crowdsourcing logistics,an evaluation method based on cloud model and cloud similarity is proposed.Cloud model is derived from information science.Based on probability statis-tics and fuzzy set theory,it can realize the transformation between qualitative concepts and quantitative data.The shape similarity and distance similarity of normal cloud model are proposed,and the comprehensive similarity evalua-tion framework of cloud model is established,and the calculation method is given based on the digital characteristics of cloud model.Taking Xi'an crowdsourcing logistics service quality as the research background,the key factors affect-ing the service quality level are obtained and targeted countermeasures and suggestions are given.At the same time,the evaluation method based on cloud model and cloud similarity is verified.
