To understand the behavior,behavior relationship and behavior result of each participant in the system fault process,and finally determine the change of system function value,a three-level game evolution analysis method is proposed.Participants include operators and managers;the choice of their behaviors constitutes the first level of game.The implementation results of the nine schemes of the two behavior combinations are different,which consti-tutes the second level of game.In the fault process,multiple events interact with each other to affect the system func-tion value,forming the third level of game.The system function value is embodied in the completion of predetermined function.The above process game changes the value of event and system function.The change of system function value after game evolution can be analyzed from the perspective of optimal optimism and the most unfavorable pessi-mism.The results show that the method can get the change of system function value and analyze the role of operators and managers.
