To determine the key points and order of nodes in hazard and operability study(HAZOP),and then improve the efficiency of HAZOP analysis,a hesitant fuzzy method was constructed for evaluating the HAZOP node impor-tance.Firstly,considering the group intelligence attribute of evaluation problem,hesitant fuzzy set(HFS)was used to represent the group opinion of expert group;Secondly,in view of the hierarchical structure of node evaluation content and the absoluteness of evaluation problem,a nested aggregation method based on multi-level hesitant fuzzy Gaussian TOPSIS(HF-G-TOPSIS)was developed;Then,a hesitant fuzzy piecewise Gaussian normalization method was con-structed to describe the risk impact of index value of HAZOP node;Finally,a petrochemical hydrocracking unit was taken as an example to verify the practicability of the proposed method.
