基于规则引擎的注射模知识重用技术研究

分析了KBE在注射模中的应用现状,针对其在标准件智能化选择方面研究的不足,提出了利用规则引擎实现模具企业个性化的标准件知识重用方案,在规则引擎工作原理的基础上,选用Java下的JBoss Drools开源引擎,利用本体建模描述了知识向规则转化的过程,通过实例证明了基于规则引擎的注射模知识重用方法的有效性.
Research on the reuse of injection mould knowledge based on rule engine
The application status of KBE technology in injection industry were analyzed, in order to overcome the lack of study on intelligence selection of standard parts, a method based on rule engine was proposed for realizing enterprise customized standard parts knowledge reuse.Based on adequate study of the working principle of rule engines, JBoss Drools opening source engine was chosen, also ontology was utilized to describe the process how knowledge transformed to rules.Finally, the effectiveness of this method has tested and verified by instances.
