Sequential thermodynamic coupling analysis of tire segmented mould and segment
Taking X1188 tire segmented mould as an example,and using ABAQUS finite element software to carry out sequential thermodynamic coupling analysis to obtain the equivalent stress and displacement distribution nebulae of the whole tire segmented mould and segment,and the mechanism of force action was analyzed.Through comparative analyzing the structural optimiza-tion methods,it was found that as the thickness of the patterned belt increasing,the equivalent stress on the lower end face of the belt was decreased,and the middle area changed significantly,resulting in a decrease in stress distribution uniformity.By chamfering the shoulder and bottom of the segment,the overall equivalent stress of the segment was reduced,alleviating stress concentra-tion.
