汽车外覆盖件成形过程中产生的回弹或单向拉深导致变形不均匀,会使成形零件产生表面质量缺陷,通过模具零件型面设计阶段对外观面变形区进行削面补偿处理及调试阶段研配着色补偿来改善零件表面成形质量,提升整车精致感和竞争力.
Research on debugging technology for refinement of side frame C-pillar
The uneven deformation caused by springback or unidirectional stretching during the forming process of parts which could cause surface defects.Through surface compensation treat-ment in the external deformation area during the surface design stage of die parts and color com-pensation in the debugging stage,the surface quality could be eliminated or improved,the overall refinement and product competitiveness were enhanced.
