Perforating process for several different edge distance of flanged dust cover and the die design
The process of dust cover for automobile drive axle flange was analyzed,the reasonable perforating process was determined by comparing the different perforating methods and the adapt-ability of parts.It described the structure characteristics of perforating die for processing different edge distance.After production verification,the perforating process for multiple different edge dis-tance was reasonable which reducing the risk of simplified the die structure without wedges,and improved the production efficiency compared the single punching process.It ensured the quality of parts with different hole spacing,while improved the service life of die.
