Design of three-dimensional rotation stacked two-color injection mould for automobile rain gutter
Taking an automobile two-color plastic rain gutter as an example,the moulding process characteristics and the idea of three-dimensional rotating two-color mould were analyzed,two sets of injection mould were designed.The key technology of three-dimensional rotating two-color in-jection mould was analyzed,and the working process of the mould was described.The mould has been applied to the actual production,and the moulded two-color plastic parts quality was good and met the requirement of customers,which provided references for the design of similar two-col-or injection mould.
