基于非标脱模机构的长圆管注射模设计

对塑件结构进行了分析,因塑件长度较长设计了非标脱模机构,先使抽芯机构沿塑件轴向进行脱模运动,运动距离为塑件长度的2/3,在没有完全脱离塑件的情况下将抽芯机构全部顶起,再沿轴向取出塑件.塑件外圆柱面均匀分布3条长槽,其中一条长槽由动模成型,另外2条长槽由2个滑块成型.针对塑件上方孔与扣位距离较近的结构,设计了由方孔滑块驱动扣位滑块运动的联动脱模机构.为了避开上方的滑块,将联动脱模机构的斜楔设在滑块座的下方,为了使斜楔在该机构脱模前离开滑块座,模具第一次开模设置在动模座板与动模板之间.为避免塑件出现注射缺陷,模具采用了热流道转普通流道的浇注系统,并设计了水井+直通水路的冷却系统.
Design of injection mould for long circular tube based on non-standard demoulding mechanism
The structure of the plastic product was analyzed,and in view of at the structure with large length of the product,a non-standard demoulding mechanism was designed.First,the core pulling along the axis of the product was demoulded,and the movement distance was 2/3 of the length of the product.Then the core pulling mechanism was lifted up without completely separat-ing from the product,and then the product was taken out along the axis.For the structure of three long slots evenly divided in the outer cylinder of the product,one of the long slots was placed downward and formed by the moving half of the mould,and the other two long slots were placed tilted upward and demoulded by two sliders tilted upward.For the structure with close distance be-tween square hole and buckle position,the linkage demoulding mechanism was designed,which was driven by the square hole slider.In order to avoid the upper slider,the wedge of the linkage re-lease mechanism was located below the slider seat.In order to make the wedge leave the slider seat before the mechanism demoulding,the first opening of the mould was positioned between the clamping plate of moving half and the moving plate.In order to avoid the injection defects occur-ring on the product,the hot runner to cold runner gating system was used.To keep the mould tem-perature even,the water well&through water cooling system was designed.
