大角度盆状TC6钛合金锻造成形研究

介绍了通过饼坯+胎模成形大角度盆形锻件的近净成形锻造方案,并对方案进行了模拟验证、生产试制.试验结果表明:对于大角度盆形锻件采用饼坯+胎模成形的近净成形方案,可获得流线及组织性能良好的锻件.检测结果表明:锻件内部未见缺陷及清晰晶,流线沿锻件外形分布,无穿流和涡流,高倍组织为典型的等轴组织,β相基体均匀分布初生α相,初生α相含量约为40%,晶粒细小且均匀,各项性能检测结果均满足要求且有一定富余量.该方案的生产验证了TC6大角度盆形锻件的生产新模式,既能保证产品质量又能节约生产成本,还能充分挖掘设备生产能力,创造更好的经济效益,对类似产品成形有一定的指导作用.
Forging research of large-angle basin-shaped TC6 titanium alloy
A near net shape forging scheme of large angle and basin-shaped forgings by using the cake blank+free-die forming was introduced,meanwhile the scheme has been verified by simula-tion and production.The test results showed that for the large angle and basin-shaped forgings,the near-net-shape forming method of cake blank+free-die forming could obtain the forging with streamline and good microstructure and properties.Inspection results were followed:no defects and clear crystals were found in the forgings,the streamline was distributed along the forgings'shape,and there was no cross-flow and eddy current.The high-magnification microstructure was typical equiaxed structure,the primary α phase was distributed uniformly on the β-phase matrix,the content of primary α phase was about 40%,the grains were fine and uniform,and the testing re-sults of all properties met the requirements and there was a certain amount of surplus.The produc-tion verification of the scheme opened up a new production mode of TC6 large-scale basin-shaped parts,which could not only ensure product quality,but also fully tap the production capaci-ty of equipment and create greater economic benefits.
