模具零件加工中测量精度提升方案和措施

对模具零件毛坯的扫描精度、加工后模具测量室的温度控制以及装夹支撑方面进行了精度提升.针对激光扫描毛坯数据与编程数据不匹配的情况采用提高毛坯符型匹配精度方法,对扫描得到的结构和型面的点云数据进行网格化,并通过等分切割最小外包络单元,计算单元内部的中心到点云数据的距离,通过其均值d和标准差m进行判别和处理,再对检测室进行温度补偿设置和恒温控制方案拟定,最后在模具检测支撑方式上通过仿真模拟获得了不同支撑方式下模具自重对其变形的影响分布,并可通过补偿最大程度地消除自身质量引起的测量变形误差,提高了模具的制造精度.
Scheme and measure of improving measure precision in die part processing
It improved the accuracy from the aspects of die blank scanning accuracy,the tempera-ture control of the die measurement room after processing,and the clamping support.Firstly,aim-ing at the mismatch between the laser scanning blank data and the programming data,a method was adopted to improve the blank pattern matching accuracy.The point cloud data of the scanned structure and profile were meshed,and the distance between the center and the point cloud data inside the unit was calculated by equipartition of the minimum outer envelope unit,and the mean d and standard deviation m were used for discrimination and processing.Secondly,the test room was set up the temperature and the constant temperature control scheme.Finally,in the die detec-tion support mode,the influence distribution of die weight on its deformation under different sup-port modes was obtained through simulation,and the measurement deformation error caused by its own weight could be eliminated to the greatest extent by compensation,which significantly im-proved the manufacturing accuracy of the mould.
