Design and application of integrated electrode fixture for electrical discharge machining
It introduced a multi-pose integrated electrode fixture,designed for electrical discharge machining,which enabled rapid and precise positioning and clamping of electrodes with various feature sizes,different shapes,and different spatial positions.The fixture allowed for micron-level precision positioning through quick clamping and enabled arbitrary adjustments of 90°,enabling component machining in four directions on the XOY plane.The fixture offered convenient opera-tion and reduced auxiliary time.
