研究激光对塑料模具钢表面的处理

摘要
激光表面处理技术能选择性地处理工件表面,在工件整体保持足够的韧性和强度的同时,表面获得较高的、特定的使用性能,因此其在改善塑料模具钢组织结构和性能方面有一定的应用潜力,基于此,在大量文献研究基础上,阐述了激光表面改性技术在塑料模具钢微观结构和性能方面的研究进展,主要从激光熔凝、激光熔覆、激光合金化和激光淬火技术4个方面展开,并对其优缺点进行了总结和分析.最后提出了激光表面处理技术未来可能发展的方向,以期对塑料模具钢表面激光处理技术和设备研制等方面提供借鉴和指导.
Abstract
Laser surface treatment technology can selectively treat the surface of the workpiece,while maintaining sufficient toughness and strength of the workpiece as a whole,the surface ob-tains high and specific performance,so it has application potential in improving the structure and performance of plastic die steel.Based on this,on the basis of a large number of literature studies,the research progress of laser surface modification technology in the microstructure and proper-ties of plastic die steel was described,mainly from the laser melting,laser cladding,laser alloying,and laser hardening technology,and its advantages and disadvantages were summarized and ana-lyzed.Finally,the possible development directions in the future were proposed in order to provide reference and guidance for the laser surface treatment technology for plastic die steel and the de-velopment of equipment.
