新能源汽车铝合金前罩板回弹控制策略研究

针对铝合金零件在冲压过程中回弹严重的问题,以某新能源汽车铝合金前罩板为例,采用Auto-Form软件进行全工序模拟,制定回弹补偿策略.通过现场调试验证和蓝光扫描对比分析,优化回弹补偿方案、模具设计工艺和调试整改方案等,最终将零件整体合格率从68%提升到90%以上,满足整车外观尺寸匹配要求.
Research on springback control strategy for aluminum alloy front cover plate of new energy vehicles
In view of the serious springback problem of aluminum alloy parts in the stamping pro-cess,taking the aluminum alloy front cover plate of a new energy vehicle as an example,the Auto-Form software was used to simulate the whole process,and the springback compensation strategy was formulated.Through the field debugging verification and blue light scanning comparative anal-ysis,the springback compensation scheme,die design process,and debugging and rectification scheme were optimized,and the overall pass rate of the parts was finally increased from 68%to 90%above,which met the matching requirements of the vehicle appearance size.
