摘要

针对汽车车灯厚壁件成型周期长的问题,介绍了双色注射成型厚壁件的方法及设计要点,通过对厚壁件进行分层,减小壁厚以达到缩短冷却时间的效果,提高生产效率的同时提高塑件成型合格率.

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of long moulding cycle of thick wall parts of automobile head-lights,the method and design key points of two-color injection moulding thick wall parts were in-troduced.By laminating the thick wall parts,the wall thickness was reduced to shorten the cooling time,the production efficiency and the pass rate of plastic parts were improved.
