研究了汽车座椅一体式前靠背泡沫的生产过程,分析了泡沫撕裂的原因,优化了模具局部结构,降低了开模阻力.通过设置模具开模辅助机构,提升了开模随动性,新增的脱模剂自动喷涂设备保证了脱模剂喷涂的均匀性.经生产验证,泡沫撕裂缺陷改善明显,达到了预期效果,对泡沫模具设计及同类问题的解决具有借鉴意义.
Analysis and optimization of foam tearing problem of car seat integrated front backrest
The production process of car seat integrated front backrest foam was studied,the causes of foam tearing were analyzed,the local structure of the mould was optimized,and the mould opening resistance was reduced.By setting the mould opening auxiliary mechanism,the fol-low-up of mould opening was improved,and the new release agent automatic spraying equipment ensured the uniformity of release agent spraying.After production verification,the foam tearing de-fect was improved obviously,and the expected effect was achieved,it had reference significance for the design of foam mould and the solution of similar problems.
