分析了某汽车中控屏固定支架结构特点,根据铸件侧抽芯成型部位确定脱模方向和脱模方式,其中采用斜导柱实现短距离抽芯,使用液压缸实现长距离侧抽芯,不易抽芯的特征使用数铣加工,实现零件的大批量生产.
Design of die casting die for fixing support of automotive center control screen
The structural characteristics of the fixing support of automotive center control screen were analyzed,the demoulding direction and demoulding way were determined according to the moulding position of the side core-pulling of the casting.The inclined guide pillar was used to achieve short distance core-pulling,and the hydraulic cylinder was used to achieve long distance side core-pulling,the features that were hard to core pulling were processed by NC milling,so as to achieve mass production of parts.
