基于SWOT分析的模具专业群产教融合人才培养路径研究

摘要
产教融合是推动职业教育适应产业发展、提升学生就业率的有效途径.为应对产业结构转型升级而引发的企业岗位调整对技术技能型人才就业带来的冲击,对目前高职院校产教融合的具体实施途径和特点进行分类总结.以模具设计与制造专业群为研究对象,利用SWOT分析法对专业群面临的内部因素(优势和劣势)和外部因素(机会和威胁)进行综合分析,提出促进专业群产教融合发展、稳步提升学生就业率的有效人才培养路径.
Abstract
The integration of production and education is an effective way to promote vocational education to adapt to industrial development and improve the employment rate of students.In or-der to cope with the impact of the position adjustment caused by the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure on the employment of technical and skilled talents,the specific imple-menta-tion ways and characteristics of the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges were classified and summarized.Taking the die&mould design and manufacturing spe-cialty group of the research object,SWOT analysis was adopted to make a comprehensive analysis of the internal factors(strengths and weaknesses)and external factors(opportunities and threats)faced by the specialty group,and an effective talent training path was proposed to promote the de-velopment of integration of production and education in the specialty group and steadily improved the employment rate of students.
