摘要

拉深工艺中压边圈对应制件局部位置会起皱,该缺陷会影响压边圈与模具的使用寿命,采用理论压边力无法使压边圈和上模稳定闭合,导致材料流入量与理论值相差较大,以CAE软件分析的结果为依据,预判成形制件起皱区域,在模具加工前解决其起皱问题.

Abstract

The local position of the blank holder corresponding to the part appeared wrinkles in the deep drawing process,which affected the service life of the blank holder and the die.The theoreti-cal blank holder force could not make the blank holder and the upper half of die close stably,re-sulting in a large difference between the material inflow value and the theoretical value.Based on the analysis results of CAE software,the wrinkling area was pre-judged,and the wrinkling problem was solved before die processing.
