摘要

以某车型翼子板A柱面差回弹处理为例,从调试方法、工艺方案优化、加工数模补偿等方面进行精度提升分析,避免了整改时从拉深模开始全工序型面的重新加工,降低了整改成本且缩短了制造周期,取得了较好的经济效益.

Abstract

Taking the differential springback treatment of fender A-pillar profile as an example,the precision improvement analysis was carried out from the aspects of debugging method,process op-timization,machining model compensation,etc.,which avoided the remachining of the whole pro-cess profile from the drawing die during rectification,reduced the rectification cost and shortened the manufacturing cycle,and achieved better economic benefits.
