带冲孔切换的后门内板深拉深模研制

以某汽车后门内板为研究对象,针对模具开发过程中零件侧冲孔切换的需求,设计了1副气动侧冲孔切换机构,采用自制斜楔能够整体实现多个孔的冲裁和切换,并解决了材料流入量不均的问题,消除了成形零件的起皱缺陷.经实际验证:气动侧冲孔切换机构切换过程稳定,易于检测和维护,且经济性较好.
Develop of drawing die for rear door inner plate with piercing switch
Taking the rear door inner plate of a car as the research object,a pneumatic side pierc-ing switching mechanism was designed to meet the needs of side piercing switching of part in the process of die development.Using self-made inclined wedge could realize piercing and switching of multiple holes,and solve the problem of uneven material flow and eliminate the wrinkling de-fect of the formed parts.Practice verified that the switching process of the pneumatic side piercing switching mechanism was stable,and it was easy to detect and maintain,and economy.
