Design of injection mould for contactor base
Based on the forming analysis of contactor base,the placement direction,main parting level,and forming structure of the base to be formed were determined when the mould was de-signed,which was different from that of similar parts.The pre-core-pulling structure and the tun-nel side core-pulling structure of fixed half of mould,and its working process were introduced,the matters needing attention in mould design were explained.The production practice showed that the mould operated stably and reliable,and the formed base met the requirements.
