对10根斜锥管组成的环形端盖结构进行分析,设计了1副先沿轴线方向抽芯再用推管推出的模具结构,每根斜锥管各设计1个斜抽型芯,通过斜抽型芯座固定板与动模板之间的相对运动,驱动斜抽型芯脱模,模具采用两板模结构,浇注系统由1个主流道分为10个分流道.模具经实际生产验证:成型的塑件合格,模具零件动作可靠,对类似塑件的成型有一定的参考作用.
Design of injection mould for annular inclined conical tube end shield
The annular end shield structure composed of ten inclined conical tubes was analyzed,a mould structure with core pulling along the axis direction and then ejected out by ejector sleeve was designed,and each conical tube was designed with one inclined core pulling.The demoulding of inclined core pulling was driven by the relative movement between the fixed plate of inclined core pulling seat and the moving half of mould plate.The mould was two-plate mould structure,and the gating system was divided into ten runners by one sprue.The actual production verified that the moulded plastic part was qualified,the mould parts were reliable,and it could provide some references for the moulding of similar plastic parts.
