Design of injection mould for pipe joint with internal and external threads
Aiming at the structure with internal and external threads on the pipe joint,a mould with two cavities was designed.The demoulding mechanism of inclined guide pillar + spring + slider was designed for the external thread and cylindrical outside surface of the moulded plastic part.In order to realize the automatic demoulding of the internal thread structure on the plastic part,the demoulding mechanism of hydraulic cylinder + pinion and rack + gear driving + threaded nut was designed.Before opening the mould,the mechanism was driven by a hydraulic cylinder piston rod to rotate and translate the internal thread core to complete demoulding.It had been verified by ac-tual production that the mould action was stable and reliable,and the quality of molded plastic parts met the requirements.
