摘要

通过锻造变形量及固溶工艺参数的变化,研究了GH536合金锻件晶粒度及硬度的变化规律.试验结果表明:镦粗变形后,锻件晶粒尺寸有减小的趋势,但变形程度对锻件晶粒影响不大,锻件晶粒与变形前相当;固溶处理温度影响GH536合金锻件的晶粒尺寸及硬度,固溶保温时间对GH536合金锻件的晶粒及硬度影响不大.

Abstract

The variation of grain size and hardness of GH536 alloy forgings was studied according to the forging deformation and solution process parameters.The results showed that the forging grain size tended to decrease after upsetting deformation,but the deformation degree had little ef-fect on the forging grain,and the forging grain was similar to that before deformation.Solution treatment temperature affected the grain size and hardness of GH536 alloy forgings,while solution holding time had little effect on the grain size and hardness of GH536 alloy forgings.
