摘要
轿车后备箱支撑组件需要加工同轴度为φ0.01 mm的2个孔,经分析采用气动冲孔夹具一次性加工才能实现2个孔同轴度的要求.生产实践证明:采用气动冲孔夹具不仅保证了冲孔的精度,还提高了加工效率,节省了冲压设备.
Abstract
The car trunk support assembly needed to process two holes with the coaxiality of φ0.01 mm,and it was found that using pneumatic punching fixtures for one-time processing was neces-sary to achieve the requirement of two holes with the coaxiality after analysis.Production practice proved that the use of pneumatic punching fixture not only ensured the accuracy of piercing,but also improved the processing efficiency and saved the stamping equipment.
