Research on reform and practice of talent training mode for mechanical manufacturing and automation specialty based on OBE and iterative innovation
In view of the needs of the country for cultivating high-quality skilled talents,it was pro-posed to reform the talent training mode based on OBE concept and iterative innovation.Taking the mechanical manufacturing and automation(die&mould direction)specialty as an example,the reform idea was put forward from the aspects of talent training target and core ability index,specialty course system and course content,teaching mode and teaching method,and teaching evaluation system and teacher team training,and the teaching practice was carried out,some good results were achieved.
