模具冷却系统设计是否合理会影响注射成型速度,借助Autodesk Moldflow的冷却分析功能,可以找到型腔中塑件的热点区域,锁定问题点发生的部位,给出针对性的解决方案,以达到缩短塑件成型周期的目的.根据分析结果,结合模具3D模型,对塑件的热点区域进行冷却强化,改善成型塑件鼓包的情况.
Application of Autodesk Moldflow on cycle improvement
A reasonable cooling system directly affects the speed of injection moulding time.With the help of the cooling analyzing function in Autodesk Moldflow,the hot areas of the product in the mould cavity were found out intuitively,and then the locations of the problem point were locked.A targeted solution was proposed to shorten the molding cycle.Based on the analysis re-sults and combined with 3D mould,targeted cooling strengthening was carried out on the hot ar-eas of the part to solve the bulging defects.
