摘要

以某汽车左/右支撑托架异形结构塑件为例,对其外形结构进行分析,利用Moldflow软件对其进行1模2件(左/右托架)的模流分析,对塑件的整体壁厚、注射过程的填充时间、熔接痕、翘曲变形量、收缩变形和熔体流动前沿温度以及填充末端压力等参数进行分析.根据分析结果对模具分型面、型芯、型腔板和推出机构等进行设计,经生产实际验证,模具结构合理,动作顺畅,成型塑件的精度及合格率均达到客户要求.

Abstract

Taking the automobile left and right support brackets as examples,by analyzing its shape structure characteristics,the Moldflow software was used to analyze the mold flow of 1 mould with 2 cavities(for left and right brackets).The whole wall thickness,filling time during in-jection,weld mark,warping deformation,shrinkage deformation,temperature at the front of flow and pressure at the end of filling were analyzed.According to the analysis results,the parting sur-face,core,cavity plate,and pushing mechanism of the mould were designed.The actual produc-tion verified that the mould structure was reasonable,and ran smoothly,and the accuracy and pass rate of the plastic parts met the customer's requirements.
