摘要

同时加工多件台阶垫片时,因垫片厚度的尺寸公差而厚薄不均,导致夹具不能夹紧所有工件,采用刚柔结合的夹紧方法,以偏心轮刚性夹紧机构+橡皮或塑胶柔性夹紧,使工件夹紧率达到100%.

Abstract

When processing several step gaskets at the same time,the thickness of the gasket is un-even due to the dimensional tolerance of the thickness of the gasket,resulting in the fixture couldn't clamp all the workpieces.The combination of rigid and flexible clamping method that the eccentric rigid clamping mechanism + rubber or plastic flexible clamping was used,so that the workpiece tightening rate reached 100%.
