基于"双轨三元四融合"的职业本科人才培养模式研究

基于本科层次职业教育人才培养的教育理念与目标定位,建立材料成型与控制工程专业人才培养"画像",探索职业本科发展新路径,提出"双轨同步、三元结合、四层融通"的职业本科人才培养模式,即在学历证书、职业技能等级证书双轨并行的前提下,将学校元、行业元、企业元三元结合,实现专业教育体系与行业发展前沿、实践教学场所与企业实习基地、专业教师团队与高水平产业大师、能力评价体系与教育实践过程的四层融通与有机结合.以产教深度融合、校企深度合作为基点,通过构建"岗课赛证"协同育人的课程体系、建设产学创融合互促的教学模式、搭建教培研一体化创新实践平台,打造职业本科"双师双能型"师资队伍,探索提升学生内在学习能力的有效方式,以满足企业对高层次、高水平技术技能人才的需求.
Research on talents training model of vocational education for undergraduates based on"double track,triple integra-tion and four combinations"
Based on the educational concept and target orientation of the training of under-graduate vocational education talents,a"portrait"for the training of material forming and control engineering professionals was established,and a new path for the development of professional undergraduate courses was explored.The training mode of"double track,tri-ple integration,and four combinations"was put forward.It is that the academic certificate and the vocational skill grade certificates are needed,and the schools,the industries and the enterprises are combined.In addition,the professional teaching and the industry devel-opment are integrated;the practical teaching and the enterprise practice base are integrat-ed;the professional teachers and the high-level industrial masters are integrated;the educa-tion evaluation and the teaching practice process are integrated.Under the background of the deep integration of industry and education and the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,an curriculum system of"post-course-competition-certificate"has been con-structed,the teaching mode of combination between work and study has been optimized,the practice platform for collaborative education has been built,the team of double-master-type teachers has been created,and the effective ways to improve students'intrinsic learn-ing ability were explored,which could meet the needs of enterprises for high-level and complex technical and skilled talents.
