摘要

随着精密模具行业智能制造转型升级,岗位技能需求呈现精深性、复合性和创新性的要求,能够服务于生产一线并将技术方案转化为实际生产力的职教本科人才成为行业急需人才.在精密模具高层次技术技能人才培养过程中,通过职教集团和产业学院深化产教融合,人才共育;构建"四位一体"的人才培养模式,培养学生的专业能力、方法能力和社会能力;基于职业导向建设工程实践课程体系,提升学生的专业知识综合应用能力与创新能力;组建"结构优化、校企互聘"的专业教学团队,为高层次人才培养提供师资保障.

Abstract

With the transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing in the precision die&mould industry,the reguirements for post skills are profound,complex and innovative.Under-graduate vocational talents who can serve the production line and transform technical solutions in-to actual productivity have become urgently needed talents in the industry.In the process of culti-vating high-level technical and skilled talents for precision die&mould,the integration of produc-tion and education was deepened through vocational education groups and industrial colleges,and talents were co-educated.A"four-in-one"talent training model was constructed to cultivate stu-dents'professional ability,methodological ability and social ability.Based on the career-oriented construction engineering practice curriculum system,the comprehensive application ability and in-novation ability of students'professional knowledge would be improved.A professional teaching team of"structural optimization,mutual employment between schools and enterprises"would be established to provide teacher guarantee for the cultivation of talents at the undergraduate voca-tional education level.
